All products sold by 4K Views are digital.
Once a license key or digital access has been delivered, the product is considered used.
For this reason, refunds are generally not available.
Refund requests may be considered only if:
The product was not delivered
A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by our support team
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for:
User error
Change of mind
Violation of terms
Misuse of the software
